You've probably seen some of my posts about the gap between knowing and doing. About how most guys are hiding. About how that gap is destroying them.
This isn't theory.
This is me.
I lived in a gym. Literally. In my twenties, I'd dismantled my life so completely that I ended up sleeping in a gym storage room. Not because I lacked knowledge or motivation. Because I wasn't being honest with myself about who I was. Then one day I got tired of lying. I committed to one thing: showing up to the gym every single day. Not for results. To prove I was the kind of guy who does what he says. Within months, everything changed. New job. Better living situation. Real relationships. But here's what most people miss:
My body transformed because my identity transformed.
The fitness was secondary.
The honesty was primary.
Now I coach on that. The honesty part. On closing the gap between who you are and who you could be. Because I know exactly what it's like to live in that gap—and I know how to get out of it.
WHAT I DO
Honesty Coaching That Uses Fitness as the Vehicle
The Problem: You know what to do. You're not doing it. That gap is eating you alive.
The Solution: Get honest with your body. Build systems that work regardless of motivation. Become the guy who does what he says.
The Result: 10-20lbs of muscle, 15-30lbs of fat loss in 90-120 days. More importantly: you become integrated. Same guy at work, at home, at the gym.
My System (4 Pillars)
Strength Training - Consistency practice. Every rep is you proving to yourself you're someone who follows through.
Nutrition Coaching - Honest tracking. Food logs don't lie. This is where integrity gets built.
Cardiovascular Training - Part of the complete system. Not punishment, just honesty.
Recovery & Lifestyle - Sleep, stress management, decision-making. These aren't extras. They're foundation.
How It Works
Month 1: Foundation & honesty. Build early wins through consistent training and nutrition tracking.
Month 2: Momentum. You see results. More importantly, you notice behavioral changes. You're becoming different.
Month 3: Standard building. This isn't temporary. You're building a way of being that lasts.
You might be a fit if:
✓ You know exactly what to do but you're not doing it
✓ You're tired of being different people in different places
✓ Other programs didn't stick because they missed the real problem
✓ You get systems and ROI
✓ You're willing to be honest about your hiding
✓ You want results that last, not 90-day transformations
"I'd worked with 3 coaches before. They gave me workouts. David gave me honesty. Lost 18lbs, gained 7lbs muscle. But my wife said I'd 'come back.' That's what this actually is." — Marcus, 38
"I lead people at work but was undisciplined at home. David helped me realize my body was the scoreboard of my integrity. Once I fixed that, everything changed." — James, 42
"Nothing David told me was new. But the way he held me accountable to what I already knew—that changed everything. There's nowhere to hide." — Michael, 35
How much time? 30 min training 3x/week. 10 min nutrition logging daily. If you can't commit that, we're not a fit.
What if I've failed before? You were probably using willpower instead of systems. This is different.
Can I work online? Yes. Full online coaching available anywhere. Same accountability as in-person.
What if I have injuries? The Landmine method scales to any fitness level. Bring your full picture and we'll work with what you have.
Is this just about abs? No. If that's your primary goal, find a different coach. This is about becoming the guy who naturally maintains them because it's your standard.
Are you actually ready to close the gap?
Not "interested." Not "thinking about it."
Actually ready to be honest about why you haven't done this. Ready to show up even when you don't feel like it. Ready to build a standard and live it.
If yes—fill out the form below.
If maybe—that's fine. But we both know what that means.
